What is Vestibular Rehabilitation 

Vestibular rehabilitation is a customised patient oriented physiotherapy programme.  It is aimed at reducing dizziness and imbalance by facilitating central nervous system compensation, strengthening and mobilising of the muscular-skeletal system. It benefits patients who suffer from vertigo/dizziness due to varied and diverse causes.
